1.2 Personal data of www.globaloperation.pl Users are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “RODO”) and applicable national laws.

2 Purpose and scope of data collection
2.1 Personal data are collected and processed for the following purposes:
execution of the contract concluded through www.globaloperation.pl,
Direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products and services,
handling inquiries from Users.

4 Data processing by dHosting Ltd.
4.1 Users’ data is stored on servers provided by dHosting Sp. z o.o., which ensures compliance of its services with RODO.
4.2 The Administrator has entered into an appropriate data processing entrustment agreement with dHosting Sp. z o.o.
5 Users’ Rights
5.1 The User has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of their data and the right to data portability.

6 Final provisions
6.1 The Administrator shall apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data.
6.2 The Administrator may periodically update this Privacy Policy by publishing a new version on www.globaloperation.pl.
